By purchasing products from or using AI Playbook ("we," "us," "our") at theaiplaybook.pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

2. Products and Licenses

Our reports and courses are digital products sold for personal use. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own personal or professional development.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share login credentials, share downloaded files, or otherwise transfer products to others. Each purchase is for a single user.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email support@theaiplaybook.pro for a full refund. No questions, no hoops.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.

4. Access and Delivery

Course access is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Report PDFs are available for download from your confirmation page. Access is tied to your browser session via a secure cookie.

We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated (e.g., credential sharing).

5. Income and Results Disclaimer

Our income-related products describe real strategies and realistic income ranges based on market conditions and user reports. However, results are not guaranteed. Your results will depend on your skills, effort, market conditions, and many other factors we cannot control. Nothing in our products constitutes financial advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including course materials, reports, prompts, articles, and copy — is owned by AI Playbook. The prompts and frameworks in our products may be used by you in your work. You may not reproduce or distribute the course materials themselves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Playbook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised date. Continued use of products after changes constitutes acceptance.
